Welcome to Xperience Black Travel, LLC! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

 

This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at https://xperienceblack.com/general-clean#terms-and-conditions become effective between: Xperience Black Travel(“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written), or your payment of Planning Fees, until terminated in writing by you or Agency.

 

CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING FEES

 

  • Trip planning fees (“Planning Fees”) for customized travel covers our initial consultation, research, development of the proposal, revisions to finalize a customized itinerary, booking, managing all components, and support while traveling.

  • Fees are based on the complexity of the trip.

 

FEES FOR CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING

 

  • We suggest one overall trip proposal.

  • Fees start at $250 for full trip planning, up to 10 days for 2 people.

  • Thereafter, we will charge additional fees of $50 per person for up to 10 days.

  • Proposals for different destinations will be charged an additional fee of $100 per destination

  • Last minute booking fees will be subject to additional fees of $50 for trip requests within 30 days of travel—or within 90 days if travel is during a national holiday.

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

  • All Planning Fees are separate from the cost of your travel.

  • All Planning Fees and travel vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel.

  • This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other suppliers.
